This hip thrust attachment can be mounted like any standard barbell on your average J-cups or J-hooks. It’s sleeves are the same dimensions of standard barbell sleeves, once racked the sleeves swivel freely allowing the user to move with the back rest while performing hip thrusts or glute bridges.
